Find Your Legislator
It’s important to let your legislators know where you stand on issues you care about because the number of phone calls, e-mails or letters on each side of an issue will frequently influence how a legislator will vote on a bill. Grassroots lobbying is very effective because the legislators are hearing directly from their constituency – the folks who will be voting the next time the legislator is up for re-election. Let your elected officials know that sustainability is important to you!
